Me and wife were seriously thinking what could be the reason for such arrogant staffs for a property like this. Receptionist to cleaning staff all of them are seems to be very frustrated about something. Finally got the room cleaned after raising a complaint.

Do not expect room cleaning, i requested a linen change and room cleaning after 3days of my stay. The worst thing is the following day i approached the hotel manager to register a complaint, who surprisingly said “we don’t produce bed bugs here, customers are responsible for their presence in our hotel” so now you all tell me what more should i expect from their team.

In the middle of night i was running with my things from one room to another and finally i managed to get a room which is free from bed bugs. Before occupying next room I personally checked bed and found there also bed bugs. Alternative room was given upon my request. That was a terrible experience, which spoiled my sleep as well as my next day assignments. My wife and kid got up late night with rashes all over and found bed bugs. They will offer you bed filled with bed bugs. Just checked out yesterday from this property! Terrible experience with Tulips Hotel Apartments, Karama - Dubai.
